Plus, including two disposable full size foil pans and an internal metal rack, you just need fuel cans and a water pan and you'll be all set to use it*** And to add to its charm and give more height, it also features four wooden feet, each with a small felt pad on the bottom to protect your tables and counters, making it the perfect, convenient addition to a catering display or buffet. It's carefully handmade to order in our Michigan workshop, and finished with the paint or stain of your choice (Walnut Stain shown), ensuring a totally unique yet high quality, furniture-grade piece to make sharing the gifts of food, drinks, and company just a little more special :)

***Please note deeper water pan and fuel cans are NOT included. As is standard practice, we always recommend using this with a water pan. We recommend a 4 to 5" deep water pan to allow for proper airflow between the fuel cans and the pan above. Also, this listing includes two disposable foil pans, but does NOT include a reusable steel pan or lid ~ photos of that are for demonstration only. Thank you!

The outside measurements are approximately 21 3/8" long x 13 3/16" wide x 10 1/2" tall (including the feet). The inside measurements are approximately 20" long x 11 13/16" wide x 8 3/4" tall, with approximately 6" of space above any fuel cans in the rack. This holder is designed for a standard full size steam table pans or for standard half size pans side-by-side, but if you have a question about a specific pan fitting, please feel free to message us before ordering.
